a lovely, cute stay
fabulous host amazing breakfast comfortable bed great shower
carl was a fabulous host he made an amazing breakfast each morning. the room was nice, and i found the bed very comfortable. the shower was great, and i will definitely stay again i loved it.
the room could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn't a big issue.

The owners are very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. they provided a lovely welcome at the car. i appreciated the gesture, and it added to my experience.

Basic stay with minor issues
limited space no heating
The cleanliness was not up to par I had to wipe down some surfaces upon arrival it was nothing extreme, but still noticeable. The room was also smaller than I expected and the limited space made it a bit cramped, especially with luggage. There was no heating in the room, maybe that's normal, but I would expect one in this type of hotel

Excellent Hospitality and Convenient Location
wonderful hosts central location free parking
Brian and Carl are wonderful hosts , their warmth. The location is central. Getting around is easy without a car. Free parking spaces are a definite plus.
The room needed a bit more attention to cleanliness.

Breakfast included a hot full English ,it was delicious. Cereal, juice, and toast with jam were also available. Tea and coffee were accessible ,this made mornings very convenient.

Carl helped with luggage upon arrival ,I appreciated this assistance. He always checked on my comfort , ensuring I was happy. Both Carl and his father were friendly and helpful ,I valued their personal touch.

The hotel is very close to the centre , I found it easy to access various amenities. The train station is within walking distance ,this simplifies travel. Several shops and restaurants are nearby ,I considered it very convenient.

the location provided convenient access to many amenities. the provided breakfast was delicious. free parking spaces were available, very useful!
the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, i noticed the sink needed better cleaning. the absence of heating was noticeable, i found the room quite cold. the wi-fi was not very reliable it was often slow.
